In the case of a defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event we authorize a return, we will issue you an RMA number to include with your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from all refunds.
For all returns, the customer is responsible to securely pack all returnable items and pay all shipping costs.
We will not accept items damaged by the courier, shipping or custom charges requiring COD, or items without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
We cannot accept returns of used items (excluding those considered defective) at this time.
Returned items deemed unacceptable (product has been used, damaged, etc) will not be issued a refund and will be discarded. If the customer wishes the item returned to them then they must cover all shipping expenses and accepts full liability and responsibility for the package and concents including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, etc.
