Our shipping policy

Where do you ship?

We only ship to Canadian addresses at this time.

Promotions

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping! No coupon code required!

Carriers

We ship via Canada Post. If you require a different carrier please contact us and let us know before you place your order.

Shipping Cost

Orders under $200 will have to pay shipping, typically between $11-19.

Tracking

Whenever possible we will share the tracking number with you via the contact email you supply.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders may take up to 3 business days to ship, with delivery times of up to 7 business days after that. Any delays by the carrier are out of our control. If you have a question about your shipment, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Returns

Shipping costs on returns are non-refundable. For more information regarding returns, you may view our policy here.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not recieved your package after 2 weeks (standard mail) or if the tracking information we provided indicates 'Delivered' and you do not have your package, you may contact us and we will contact Canada Post on your behalf. Or if you wish, contact Canada Post directly and provide them with the tracking number so that they can help locate your package.
