Our shipping policy

Where do you ship?

We only ship to Canadian addresses at this time.


Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping! No coupon code required!


We ship via Canada Post. If you require a different carrier please contact us and let us know before you place your order.

Shipping Cost

Orders over $200 enjoy FREE SHIPPING! Orders under $200 will have to pay shipping, typically between $11-19. If an order that qualifies for FREE SHIPPING has an item cancelled (due to insufficient stock, customer request, etc) and the resulting total is less than $200 then a shipping charge will apply and be deducted from any refund remaining.


Whenever possible we will share the tracking number with you via the contact email you supply.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders may take up to 3 business days to ship, with delivery times of up to 7 business days after that. Any delays by the carrier are out of our control. If you have a question about your shipment, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.


Shipping costs on returns are non-refundable. For more information regarding returns, you may view our policy here.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not recieved your package after 2 weeks (standard mail) or if the tracking information we provided indicates 'Delivered' and you do not have your package, you may contact us and we will contact Canada Post on your behalf. Or if you wish, contact Canada Post directly and provide them with the tracking number so that they can help locate your package.

Same-day Shipping

Most orders will ship the same day we recieve the order. However, we cannot guarentee every order will ship same-day. If we are not able to drop the package off with the carrier same-day then we will ship the following day unless there are circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to: holidays, carrier office closures, weather, stock shortages, delivery information confirmation, etc.
