Found the same item for less at an authorized Canadian retailer? We’ll do one better—we’ll beat their price by 10% of the difference. If you spot a lower price within 15 days after you buy from us, we’ll beat that too.

How it works

Step #1:

Find the same item advertised at a lower price by an authorized Canadian dealer.

Step #2:

Add the item to your cart and then go to the checkout page. On the item you’d like to price beat, click Price Beat Request. Enter the competitor’s website URL and price, then click Update Request.

Step #3:

We’ll confirm the item is in stock and available for immediate purchase at the advertised price. Then we’ll beat it by 10% of the difference before taxes.

Step #4 (Price Protection):

After you place your order, if you find the same item advertised at a lower price by an authorized Canadian dealer within 15 days, contact our Customer Service team (order@alphagrounding.ca) with the competitor’s website URL and price. We’ll verify the price and beat it by 10% of the difference before taxes.

* Please allow up to 24 hours for verification. If you submit a request while the competitor is closed, we’ll verify when they reopen (typically 9:00am MST or their posted business hours). We’ll process your order at the regular price, then once your price match request is verified, we’ll quickly refund you the difference. If your request doesn’t qualify, no worries — we'll contact you and you can still cancel your order for a full refund if you’d rather not continue at the original price.

The fine print

Limit: Up to two price beats per item per customer. If the competitor limits one per customer, our limit will be one as well. Any additional quantities are sold at regular price.

Eligibility: Both we and the competitor must have stock at the time of verification. Eligible items are regularly stocked products and must be the exact same model. Items must be brand‑new, factory sealed, and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty in Canada. Competitors must be in Canada, price in Canadian dollars (CAD), and ship from within Canada.

Exclusions: Cannot be combined with other promotions and doesn’t apply to advertising errors or misprints; rebates (including mail‑in rebates); coupons or promo codes; educational, club, or group pricing; restricted or in‑store‑only offers; mail‑order offers; premiums, free or bonus items; limited‑quantity or limited‑time offers; minimum‑quantity offers; closeouts, liquidations, or clearances; marketplace/third‑party resellers; auction or clearance sites (such as eBay); defunct businesses; or special financing offers.

Manufacturer websites are not eligible for our Price Beat Guarantee.

During major sale periods—Black Friday/Black Friday Week, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day/Boxing Week—and for Grand Opening doorcrashers or weekly sales, Price Protection and the Price Beat Guarantee don’t apply.

Purchases for/from resale (resellers) aren’t eligible for the Price Beat Guarantee.

All Price Beat requests are subject to verification and approval.
