The Body Band can be used virtually anywhere. You can wear it on your arms or legs to connect you to the Earth's energy while you are stretching, working out, sitting, meditating, or sleeping. Target the area of your body where you need grounding the most by positioning it over your elbow, knee, or ankle!

The body band is a conductive, stretchable material with a slightly tapered design. The wide end is 8.5" wide (stretches up to ~11") and the tapered end is 7.25" wide. The band is 8.5" long.
